Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager - ERP to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP

implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with in-depth understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. The role will be based out of our Pune office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage delivery of ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects across multiple clients.

- Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, testers, and business analysts.

- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and governance.

- Monitor project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.

- Work closely with sales/pre-sales teams for solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- 10+ years of total experience, with minimum 5 years in a delivery management role.

- Strong experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, etc.).

- Proven experience in managing full lifecycle ERP implementations and support engagements.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

- Proficient in project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

- PMP / Prince2 / ITIL certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or Healthcare.

- Experience working in offshore-onshore delivery models.

- Exposure to cloud ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, etc.)
