What You'll Do
Strategic CEO Support
- Trusted thought partner to the CEO-frames problems, structures decisions, drives clarity.
- Aligns leadership on strategy, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Prepares strategic documents, board materials, investor updates, and business plans.
Business Planning & Org Alignment
- Drives annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and monthly business reviews.
- Builds systems to track goals and flag risks proactively.
- Facilitates leadership offsites, weekly exec check-ins, and strategy sessions.
Program & Project Management
- Owns critical cross-functional programs for company growth/transformation.
- Ensures high-impact initiative delivery by coordinating across teams.
- Monitors KPIs, removes bottlenecks for faster execution.
Operational Excellence
- Identifies operational gaps, implements scalable systems/workflows.
- Partners with HR, finance, operations on org design, process changes, key hires.
- Institutionalizes knowledge management, internal communication, execution rituals.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Crafts high-quality executive briefings, pitch decks, founder-level external communication.
- Acts as contact for key internal/external stakeholders (investors, partners, senior hires).
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years total experience, including 2-4 years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) followed by experience in a high-growth startup, founder's office, or business strategy/ops role.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional programs or solving complex business problems.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to multiple functions (strategy, product, ops, GTM).
- Excellent executive communication: clear synthesis, writing, and presentation.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Thrives in fast-paced, unstructured, dynamic environments.
Good to Have
- Exposure to global teams or operating in multi-country environments.
- Tier-1 MBA or advanced degree.
- Fundraising, M&A, investor relations, or board management experience.
- Familiarity with startup tooling (Notion, Airtable, Tableau, Looker, Slack).
- Exposure to global or multi-country teams.
