Finance Head - Startup

Strategic Financial planning:

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to optimize resource allocation, profitability, and long-term growth

- Financial reporting: Oversee preparation and presentation of timely, accurate financial reports

- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adequate internal controls are in place. Responsible for managing organizational risk and legal matters

- Financial analysis: conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the company's performance, profitability, and efficiency, including assessing the financial impact of business decisions

- Taxation and Audit: overseeing the taxation affairs of the company and liaising with the external tax firm for advice. Manage audits and liaise with regulators as required.

- Compliance and governance: Ensuring compliance and governance at the organization level (Finance, Legal, IT) including but not limited to financial regulations, internal governance policies and employment law.

- IT - Build and execute an IT strategy that aligns with companys growth

- Admin Have an oversight of Admin function
