Role - Franchise Business Operations

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 7+ Years

Qualification - MBA (Full Time)

Responsibilities :

- A key point of contact for the Director operations & market franchise leadership

- Work with franchise leaders on various initiatives with agreed timelines, through a documented follow up roadmap.

- Conduct monthly people plan analysis by market to help improve their people capability and planning

- Attend and participate in all franchise comms meetings to present, facilitate and add clarity to content. Ensure relevant audience attendance and participation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Experience of 7 to 10 years

- QSR/Retail operational experience and commercial acumen

- Project Management experience would be helpful.
