Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Own and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals - covering talent acquisition, employee relations, L&D, performance, and compliance.
- Employee Welfare & Experience: Champion initiatives focused on mental health, work-life balance, inclusion, rewards, and benefits that enhance the employee experience.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Build and execute scalable hiring strategies to attract and onboard top talent across tech, business, and corporate roles.
- Performance Management & Career Development: Lead effective goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes. Design career growth frameworks and succession planning.
- Policy & Compliance: Design, communicate, and enforce HR policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
