Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Strategy
- Develop and implement company-wide L&D strategies aligned with business goals and future capability needs.
- Design and deploy training programs (technical, functional, behavioural, leadership) tailored for manufacturing setups.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve based on metrics and feedback.
Succession Planning & Talent Development
- Design and manage succession planning frameworks to identify and prepare future leaders.
- Partner with senior leadership to assess critical roles and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct capability assessments and development plans for high-potential employees.
Organization Design & Development
- Lead initiatives related to organization design, role clarity, and job architecture to support scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with business leaders on org structure reviews and redesigns.
Culture Review & Alignment
- Drive initiatives to assess and align organizational culture with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate change management, values reinforcement, and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Lead the evolution of performance management systems including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisals.
HR Transformation Projects
- Serve as a key member in HR transformation projects such as digital HR, process automation, capability frameworks, etc.
- Ensure alignment of L&D strategies with broader HR transformation objectives.
Key Requirements
- Education: Master's Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in L&D, with significant exposure to succession planning, organization design, and HR transformation.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or automotive sector is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with performance management systems, leadership development, and OD tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive culture change and talent strategy initiatives.
