Job Description - Preparation of snapshot about the company as desired by Banks / Financial Institutions, including IM's, teasers, financial models. - Identification and preliminary discussions with Banks / Institutions for syndication of the facility. - Assisting senior management and representatives of the company for the purposes of giving presentations to, and participating in meetings with, potential lenders. - Negotiating on the broad contours of transactions. - Assisting the company in preparation of project documents & other relevant information for submission to lender (s) - Developing new relationships, Managing relationships, client management and interactions at all stages with Banks /Institutions. - Negotiation on the Final Term Sheet. - Assisting the company in disbursement procedure - Developing relations with new Banking/financing partners across geographies. Experience - Relevant experience in Financial advisory or Debt Syndication with ability to prepare and understand financial models - Strong people skills and networking abilities - Good understanding of Credit/Corporate Finance and global market trends - Quick thinker & Excellent time management ability along with excellent communication skills. - Master's degree in finance / professional qualification in Finance

Job Description - The candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate finance solutions under the umbrella of products like project finance, structured trade finance, working capital and guarantees to clients in Africa. - Developing Strategic Relationship with lenders to pitch about Blend and align with other desks. - Will be responsible for raising long term and short term working capital finance, project finance, structured finance along with finance backed by various credit enhancement products such as insurance guarantee or Partial risk guarantee for Global/Pan African / Regional Banks / Funds/ DFI across Africa. Experience & Education: - Experience in working in international banks, lenders. - Team experience will be an added advantage. - Experience in the art of multitasking. - The successful candidate should, at minimum, possess a bachelor's degree. An advanced degree such as an MBA, CA, CFA is desirable
